employees will be required to complete an application for employment, pass the APS background check,
national background check and complete an interview with the Site Director, District Director and/or
owner. The prospective employee may be required to work in a substitute status prior to being hired for
permanent status. There will be a 90-day probationary period for all new employees and old employees
in a new position. All employees will receive a performance evaluation twice annually. Employees are

Furthermore, all after school program staff, who will provide direct supervision to students, will be
required to have at minimum a high school diploma, completed CDA or working on a  2 year degree or enrolled in a program with 48 college units and/or has obtained an Associates’ or higher degree.
